SPINDIZZY has no showroom, but if you want to see, feel and touch SPINDIZZY products you can go to one of our selling points.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made by SPINDIZZY, and exclude any other Terms and Conditions. Changes to these Terms and Conditions are only valid if they have been mutually agreed upon in writing.
For placing an Order with SPINDIZZY, the Client will be asked for it’s name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, which is needed to fulfill the Order. SPINDIZZY will use this information responsibly and guarantee that your information will not be shared with any outside organization or third party.

Prices of the products mentioned on http://www.spindizzy.eu are in EURO (€) and include VAT but exclude cost of shipping, duties and import taxes, if any, unless otherwise indicated.
Payments can be made with IDEAL, CREDIT CARD or WIRE TRANSFER. Upon receipt of payment, the Client will receive a confirmation through e-mail. The Order will be processed upon receipt of payment. Please be informed that International bank transfers may take a few days to be received.
The Client should be aware that many of the SPINDIZZY products are handmade and could vary in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items and should be recognized by Client as added value and is not to be considered a defect.

SPINDIZZY is making the best endeavors to ship any Order within two (2) working weeks after the Order is accepted. Actual delivery of the Order depends on the final delivery location and is pending selected shipping option. The Client should bear in mind that overseas deliveries shall take longer. SPINDIZZY can’t be held responsible for late delivery and the Client has no right to financial compensation.
SPINDIZZY will keep the Client informed about shipping status by e-mail.
Orders being shipped outside of The Netherlands or the EU, may be subject to duties and import taxes and are the responsibility of the Client. Billing of such cost will be done by the Customs office of the country of the shipping destination.
Cost for shipping within The Netherlands and below €60,– are €2,95;
Cost for shipping within The Netherlands are for SPINDIZZY account for Orders above €60,–;
Cost for shipping to countries within the EU are €10,–;
Cost for shipping to countries outside the EU: on demand
SPINDIZZY standard method of shipping is with POSTNL (http://www.postnl.nl) or special courier services DHL/UPS, which can be chosen on request.
SPINDIZZY cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
In case the Client wishes to cancel an Order, contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately and use the Order no. If the Order has already been dispatched prior to the Client’s cancellation request, SPINDIZZY requests to return the products once they have been delivered, at Client’s own cost using a traceable method. However, SPINDIZZY cannot be held responsible for any items to be returned to SPINDIZZY that do not arrive.
SPINDIZZY strive to only deliver perfect products. However, if the Client doesn’t like the products purchased at SPINDIZZY, the Client has the right to return the products within seven (7) days after the Client received them. SPINDIZZY will return the purchase price (minus shipping and processing costs) within 30 days after receipt of the non-used / non-damaged products.
SPINDIZZY will only reimburse original products. Be aware that the Client should not have repaired or adjusted a product (or tried to).
SPINDIZZY strive to show the best looking colors on our website, but be aware that the actual colors can deviate from the colors shown at our website.
In case SPINDIZZY has delivered a wrong Order, SPINDIZZY will always aim to get the Order corrected as soon as possible at no additional costs.
SPINDIZZY can’t be held responsible for direct nor indirect damages created by the (wrong) use of our products.
The content of the website (http://www.spindizzy.eu) has been created with great care. However, SPINDIZZY can’t guarantee that this content is complete. SPINDIZZY can therefore not be held responsible for damages direct nor indirect created by the content of our website.
SPINDIZZY is not responsible for type errors by which our prices or sizes have been represented wrongly. After recognizing such errors SPINDIZZY will adjust these prices as soon as possible.
SPINDIZZY can’t be held responsible for spelling mistakes made by the Client in the Order process. SPINDIZZY wishes to emphasize that the Client carefully checks the spelling before ordering the product(s).
Without prejudice to its rightful rights, SPINDIZZY has in case of force majeure the right, at its option, to delay the execution of the Client’s Order or, without judicial intervention, to cancel the Client’s Order through written notification. SPINDIZZY can’t be held liable for any damages, unless under the circumstances and according to standards of reasonableness and fairness this would be unacceptable.
Force majeure is defined as any failure to that can’t be allocated to SPINDIZZY since SPINDIZZY has no direct influence on such failure either by law.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COURT
Dutch law is applicable on all the rights, obligations, offers, contracts and agreements to which these Conditions apply.
All disputes between the parties will only be submitted to a competent court in The Netherlands.
